//Key Responsibility & Duties//
>Sales
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
• Contact new and existing customers to evaluate and address their needs.
• Highlight product features and benefits to demonstrate solutions to customer challenges.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries about products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare and finalize sales agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain organized customer contact lists and actively follow up to foster long-term relationships.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations tailored to potential customer requirements.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, engaging with potential leads and nurturing existing
contacts.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify and act on new sales opportunities.
• Propose marketing strategies to effectively target specific regions or demographics.
• Generate detailed sales reports and present insights to management.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by managers.

>Inventory Management
• Keep inventory records up to date by utilizing company management systems.
• Regularly audit inventory through physical counts to ensure data reliability.
• Handle order processing, including receiving and shipping operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.

• Strong customer service skills to actively listen to and resolve customer concerns.
