Working Hours: 8:00 AM start time (7.45 hours per day)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager / Controller to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operation. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management with strategic financial insights.
Responsibilities:
・Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
・Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
・Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
・Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
・Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
・Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
・Provide financial analysis and reporting to management for decision-making.
・Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Qualifications：
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
・5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
・Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
・Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
・Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
・Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
