The position is well-suited for a motivated, hands-on individual who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (Approx. 60–70%)
Receive, unload, and prepare outbound shipments (palletizing, labeling, loading).
Manage warehouse inventory, conduct monthly physical counts, and verify against system data.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Sales & Purchasing Support (Approx. 30–40%)
Assist with sales quotations and customer orders (data entry, confirmation, and invoicing via SAP).
Support purchasing activities: confirm quantities from forecasts, issue POs, and follow up on delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers and customers to coordinate delivery and shipment timelines.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed.

General Office Tasks
Support warehouse and office supply management.
Handle documentation and communication in English and Japanese as required.
Collaborate closely with a team of three, reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

Office culture: traditional, respectful, and teamwork-oriented — ideal for proactive and energetic individuals who can take initiative and adapt to a hands-on environment.

Qualifications
Native-level Japanese and conversational English required.
Entry-level to mid-level experience welcome (warehouse or operations experience a plus).
