Summary
The Sales and Marketing Representative will be a pivotal driver of our sales and marketing efforts
behind our textile wholesale business. This role is to strategically enhance our market presence, engage with
diverse clients, and contribute significantly to revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future
of our sales and marketing endeavors and establish yourself as a key player in our dynamic team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Sales Direction:
-Provides strategic direction to sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and
converting them into loyal customers.
-Develops and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets.
-Identifies and cultivates relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calls, and
presentations.

Client Relationship Management:
-Develops and maintains lasting relationships and strong rapport with clients, understanding and
ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.

Negotiation and Pricing Strategy:
-Skillfully negotiates terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure profitable deals while delivering
customer value.
-Develops and implements pricing strategies aligned with market demand and company goals.

Marketing and Brand Visibility:
-Conducts comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and
competitors; strategies. Utilizes insights to refine product offerings and tailor sales approaches.
-Collaborates with the marketing team at our headquarters in Japan to create impactful campaigns
including social media content, email marketing, and promotional materials that highlight our
premium textile products.
-Utilizes various platforms such as digital media, trade shows, and industry events to showcase our
offerings and enhance brand recognition.

Order Fulfillment:
-Oversees order processing to ensure accuracy, proper product selection, and timely delivery
coordination with the operations team.

Sales Performance and Reporting:
-Prepares regular sales performance reports(weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually), including key
metrics, trends, and opportunities.
-Implements corrective actions as needed to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve desired
outcomes. Provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
-Works closely with the President to develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
-Allocates resources effectively to achieve optimal outcomes and demonstrate fiscal responsibility.

Team Collaboration:
-Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer
satisfaction.

Networking:
-Represents the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and
enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications

・Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
・Experience: Equivalent work experience includes but is not limited to experience in retail, such as working with fashion or textiles,
prior sales roles, or marketing experience in the textile industry.
・Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel (and PowerPoint preferred), as well as familiarity with SAP order processing software and internet usage.
・Driver’s License is not required but a plus
・Proficiency in Japanese is not required but a plus
