Network Support Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)
Job Summary:
Seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented Network Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves hands-on support and maintenance of IP network equipment, including firewalls, routers, and switches, primarily from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in helpdesk or operational support roles and a solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide helpdesk and operational support for IP network devices (firewalls, routers, switches)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and documentation of network infrastructure
• Support remote and on-site users, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Participate in emergency response for network incidents as needed
Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar IP network equipment in a helpdesk or operational support capacity
• MUST At least 1 year of practical experience in IP networking
• Network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are not required but are a plus
• Japanese language skills is not required but is a plus

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
