Summary:
A Japanese food & restaurant consulting company is seeking a Japanese English bilingual Administrative Assistant to support HR and general administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities:
●Assist with HR administrative tasks.
●Provide support for a variety of general administrative functions, including payment preparation, data entry, and routine office duties.
●Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners as needed.
●Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
●Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
●Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.
●Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation logistics.
●Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
●Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
●Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
●Provide general support to executives and other team members as required.

Requirements:
●Background in Accounting or HR preferred
●Office administrative experience required
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
