Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing real estate development opportunities while providing consulting services across a wide range of real estate projects. This role requires strategic planning, project management, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
●Identify, evaluate, and negotiate real estate development opportunities
●Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support development strategies
●Provide consulting services related to land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and financing
●Manage relationships with investors, contractors, architects, and government officials
●Oversee project timelines, budgets, entitlements, and risk assessments
●Prepare business proposals, financial models, and project presentations
●Monitor industry trends and provide strategic investment recommendations
●Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements：
●Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business, or a related field
●Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development or consulting
●Strong understanding of development processes, zoning regulations, and financial modeling
●Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
●Fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
●Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
