Location: Yonkers, NY
Work Schedule: Part-time 2 days a week (9:00am - 5:00pm) Approximately two days per week
Language Requirements: English (Japanese bilingual preferred, but not required)

Position Overview
The Lot Keeper is responsible for maintaining the overall organization, cleanliness, and presentation of vehicles within the dealership’s display lot. This role supports daily operations by ensuring vehicles are properly prepared, positioned, and transported as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Management & Presentation
• Oversee the organization and placement of vehicles on the display lot
• Perform exterior washing and interior cleaning to maintain showroom‑ready condition
• Rotate, reposition, and stage vehicles according to operational needs or sales directives
• Conduct basic visual inspections to identify cleanliness or presentation issues
Logistics & Transportation
• Transport vehicles to and from the service center or maintenance facility
• Assist with vehicle movement for test drives, service appointments, or inventory management
• Support the coordination of vehicle flow during busy operational periods
Customer Support
• Provide pick‑up and drop‑off services for customers as assigned
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients
Administrative & Operational Support
• Photograph vehicles for inventory, marketing, or online listings
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with dealership standards and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall lot and dealership operations
Required Qualifications
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and trucks
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
