Manager/Senior Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Enterprise Solutions DX Promotion Department, including technology implementation and consulting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with Directors and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Operational Execution: Lead team operation, ensuring timely and quality delivery in line with strategic goals.
2. Project and Program Management: Oversee projects, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
3. Financial and KPI Monitoring: Support budget planning, monitor project economics, and track KPIs to ensure financial and operational performance aligns with departmental targets.
4. Team Development & Supervision: Mentor and manage project teams, foster collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and clear communication of progress and challenges.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of delivery.
7. Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the effective integration of external
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to build and manage teams.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, data migration
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work
• Proven ability to manage transformation projects or programs.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive executive-level decisions.
Experience
• Over 15 years of professional experience in either technology implementation or consulting is required.
• Experience in technology strategy development, operating models, governance, sourcing, or project management is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and international & cross-cultural projects is preferred.
• Experience in business development and client growth is preferred.
• Deep experience working with C-suite clients is preferred.
• Proficient language skills in English are absolutely required, as the individual will lead client engagements primarily with Japanese clients. Knowledge of Japanese would be an added advantage.
Certifications
• A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for postgraduate studies in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• ERP Project Management or technical skills-related certifications are highly desired.
In Our Offices
Our core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour lunch in between. May be required to work beyond normal business hours including weekend and holiday, or to travel for business when necessary.
This and all this company's positions require in-person office attendance 2 days per week.
