Salary Range: Approximately $45,000–$50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible (ideally February or March)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including forklift work, shipping/receiving coordination, and basic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on warehouse work but is also interested in developing office‑based operational skills.
Bilingual English/Japanese ability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
• Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
Logistics & Administrative Support
• Coordinate shipment schedules with customers
• Support delivery scheduling and follow-up
• Enter data into internal systems (inventory, shipping, order management)
• Assist with generating and issuing invoices
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Qualifications
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain)
• Interest in learning office operations such as shipping coordination, data entry, and invoicing
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, system navigation)
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Japanese is a plus
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Work Schedule & Environment
• Full‑time, on‑site position
• Non‑exempt hourly role with overtime eligibility
• Must be able to start as soon as possible (February or March preferred)
