Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ( 7.5 hours/day) after a 3‑month probationary period.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Work in the office at least two days per week after a 3‑month probationary period. Mon-Fri.
Summary: This position plays a critical role in the aircraft‑parts supply chain by serving as a key link between vendors and customers. We are seeking candidates who have a strong interest in air logistics and can work efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
1)Understand and analyze customer requirements for aircraft parts and components.
2) Source parts from vendors, verify supply conditions, and negotiate terms.
3) Prepare proposals to customers, offering the most optimal parts and commercial terms.
4) Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
5) Monitor vendor shipping schedules and expedite deliveries as needed to meet deadlines.
6) Coordinate and arrange optimal shipping methods by balancing cost-effectiveness and delivery speed.
7) Manage and execute daily operations efficiently while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
8) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
1)While performing the duties of this job, the staff is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and/or listen. Use hands to pick-up, handle, carry, and reach with hands and arms.

3)The noise level in the work environment is moderate (Ex. Working in a business office with computers, printers, and telephones).
4)The staff is required to attend the company events, gatherings and trainings during the work hours.
