Our Sales department is looking to add a new team member to help support the General Manager with current and new business. This position is a full-time, in office position, requiring travel as needed to both the customer and our plant in Mexico.
General Position Summary
• Creating sales orders in internal system for our plant to ship
• Confirmation of pricing for orders
• Assisting customers with their needs
• Coordinating with plant side for production and sample orders
• Supporting the Account Manager and sales team as needed
• Creating and sending Bi-weekly reports to track progress
• Creating turnover reports to track sales
• Working on resolving accounts receivable issues
• Travel to our plants and customers (local and international)
• Miscellaneous items, sales corrections, review Accounts Receivable with necessary teams
• Follow-up and track sales
• Attend Bi-weekly meetings Tier 1’s and bi-weekly meetings.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree
• Skill in handling customer related issues as the need arises
• Skill in processing orders effectively and efficiently
• Ability to use office equipment
• Ability to follow directions and attention to detail
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Advanced Excel proficiency with hands-on experience using VLOOKUP, IF, and SUMIF for data analysis and reporting
Preferred/plus:
• Spanish or Japanese language
• Experience with SAP software
