General Position Summary
Duties include developing and maintain both new and existing customers, and extend to communicate with company internal facilities and customers closely as a liaison.
• Develops a thorough understanding of the company’s product at a technical level.
• Combines understanding of company products, strategy, direction, and challenges and provides input to facilitate success in overcoming obstacles and achieving goals.
• Is responsible for developing and measuring the company’s product market share information.
• Contacts potential customers and develops a strong sales relationship with customers.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Communicates with existing and potential customers for both sales opportunities as well as identifying market trends.
• Determines customers’ needs and budget, and plans a strategy.
