Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ( 7.5 hours/day) / Mon-Fri.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Work in the office at least two days per week after a 3‑month probationary period.
*During the initial 90‑day Introductory Period, employees are expected to work on‑site on a daily basis, as this period is dedicated to training.
These conditions are based on the policy as of February 2026 and may be subject to change depending on future circumstances.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting company services, managing sales activities, coordinating order processing, and supporting budget goals within the ACP Department. This role requires strong English communication skills, numerical accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in related fields and familiarity with Japanese business culture are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
●Sales & Account Management
-Understand the ACP Department’s budget and goals and promote company services as an account sales representative.
-Discuss business opportunities with the supervisor and propose ideas to increase sales.
-Contribute to achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets as a team member.
-Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing timely and accurate support.
●Order Management & Administrative Tasks
-Prepare sales quotes and sales orders.
-Obtain supplier quotations, process purchase orders, and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure best business practices.
-Check customers’ credit status, apply for credit renewals, and process advance payment requests.
-Prepare various sales reports and listings for personal records and team review.
-Prioritize daily tasks based on urgency and complete work within scheduled working hours.
-Continuously seek ways to improve workflow efficiency.
●Industry Knowledge & Professional Development
-Develop knowledge of the aviation industry and aftermarket business to enhance sales capabilities.
-Participate in occasional business trips to meet customers and explore new opportunities.
-Perform other duties as assigned, including tasks outside regular business hours when necessary.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
-Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, listen, and use hands to handle or carry items.
-Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 20 pounds.
-Must have close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
-Work environment includes moderate noise levels typical of an office setting (computers, printers, telephones).
-Required to attend company events, gatherings, and training sessions during work hours.
-May be required to travel for business or work beyond normal business hours when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
●Language Skills
-Ability to respond effectively to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English.
-Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to individuals and groups.
-Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English.
-Japanese language skills are not required but helpful.
●Mathematical Skills
-Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and fees.
●Reasoning Skills
-Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
-Ability to solve problems involving a limited number of concrete variables in standardized situations.
●Other Skills:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Ability to create and apply basic formulas/functions in Excel.

●Work Experience
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant knowledge and practical experience in sales, logistics, aviation, or related fields.
-Experience in export/import operations or the aviation industry is highly welcomed.
-A solid understanding of Japanese culture and business practices is required
