Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Desk Specialist who can provide high-quality technical support in both Japanese and English. This role supports end users across Windows environments, manages mobile devices through MDM, and handles daily operations within Microsoft 365 and identity platforms such as Entra ID and Active Directory. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid technical foundation built over 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.

Key Responsibilities
・Provide user support in Japanese and English, including phone, email, and in-person assistance
・Perform Windows PC troubleshooting, including setup, configuration, imaging, and account management
・Manage and support mobile devices using MDM solutions
・Provide comprehensive Microsoft 365 (M365) support, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
・Support and administer Entra ID and Active Directory for user provisioning, access control, and security
・Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, network connectivity, VPN, and productivity applications
・Assist users working in VMware Horizon virtual desktop environments
・Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures
・Collaborate with internal teams and Japan-based stakeholders to resolve escalated issues

Required Qualifications
・5+ years of IT support experience (Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or similar)
・Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
・Hands-on experience with MDM, Entra ID, and Active Directory
・Familiarity with VMware Horizon or other VDI platforms
・Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English (business level or higher)
・Strong customer service mindset and ability to support users at all levels
・Experience managing user accounts, device setup, and system configurations

Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in a bilingual or Japanese corporate environment
・Knowledge of security best practices and identity management
・Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
・Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
