Order Services Representative

Job Summary: The Order Services Representative is responsible for managing and processing customer orders. They ensure accurate order entry, handle customer inquiries related to orders, and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system.
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery times, and product availability.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
Coordination: Work with the logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
Logistics: Back up to logistics team, shipping, receiving and invoicing
Inventory Control: Coordinate with the team to manage stock levels and ensure the availability of products. Ensure stock levels are maintained and manage backorders
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and any changes or updates.
CRM Database: Maintain accurate customer contact records in CRM system
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-delivery issues.
Reporting: Generate reports on backlog, sales revenue, on time delivery

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in ERP software and MS OƯice
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle order-related issues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with order management systems and software.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure positive customer experience.

Education and Experience:
Preferred Associate’s in Business Administration or related area or > 5 years of experience in relevant field
Relevant Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, or Admin roles
