Position Overview
A Japanese real estate company is seeking a motivated Bilingual Real Estate Agent / Asset Management Assistant to join our Dallas-area team. This role supports residential property operations, client services, and asset management tasks.

Real estate experience is not required.
We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and can work effectively in a bilingual, cross‑cultural environment.
Experienced candidates will be considered for more advanced responsibilities.

Qualifications
Required:
・Fluent Japanese language ability and understanding of Japanese business culture
・Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
・Valid driver’s license(property visits and client meetings required)
・Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX
・Strong communication skills and willingness to learn real estate operations
・Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and property showings

Preferred but NOT required:
・Real estate experience in Japan or the U.S.
・U.S. Realtor® license
・Experience in property management (PM) or asset management (AM)
・We encourage motivated candidates without real estate experience to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
・Support property showings, respond to client inquiries, and provide bilingual assistance during leasing or purchase processes
・Assist with residential property management, including tenant communication, lease coordination, and rent tracking
・Support asset management tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring
・Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors, contractors, and property owners
・Conduct market research, assist with property evaluations, and support investment analysis
・Prepare, translate, and organize documents, reports, and communications in Japanese and English
・Handle phone and email correspondence in both languages
・Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies
・Provide general support for client meetings, property visits, and ad hoc tasks as needed

Entry-Level Responsibilities (for candidates with no experience)
・Assist with property showings and basic client support
・Handle simple communication tasks in Japanese and English
・Support document preparation, translation, and administrative tasks
・Participate in property visits and basic on-site checks
・Learn real estate processes through hands-on training

Additional Responsibilities (for experienced candidates)
・Manage leasing or purchase processes
・Handle tenant relations, lease coordination, and rent tracking
・Support asset management tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
・Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property owners
