Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales Executive (CSE) / Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performance sales teams, and developing innovative sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes, market trends, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The CSE will provide vision, leadership, and strategic oversight to the organization's sales function, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visionary Leadership:
•Provides vision, leadership, and strategic oversight to the organization's sales function. Develops and maintains a clear direction for the sales department to align with company-wide objectives.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
•Develops overall sales strategy, operational plans, and processes that drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. Ensures that all sales strategies are aligned with organizational goals and meet customer needs.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
•Develops and implements sales strategies to grow revenue and market share, focusing on new business opportunities, existing customer expansion, and emerging markets.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation:
•Develops and monitors program budgets, allocating and adjusting resources to maximize program efficiency and ensure sales targets are met.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
•Improves and expands capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, understand competitor strategies, and identify opportunities to retain and expand the customer base.
Team Leadership & Development:
•Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives. Foster a performance-driven culture that motivates the team to exceed sales targets.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
•Oversee the sales forecasting process and ensure accuracy in sales projections. Regularly report on sales performance and KPIs to the executive team.
Client Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience.
