Help Desk Tasks:
- End-user support
* SharePoint and Teams Management: SharePoint & Teams Member Assignment / Creation of SharePoint & Teams Site / SharePoint Management & Troubleshooting / Control of SharePoint Group & Site assignment
* Exchange Online Management: Distribution Group & email account Management/troubleshooting
* Onboarding and Offboarding: Onboarding & Offboarding Control of user / initial PC setup / PC backup
* General Inquiry and Support: Support downloading Audit Data / AWS Workspace Deployment / Access check control / Discussion
* General Task and IT maintenance: Access Check Control / Squid Proxy Maintenance / General Tasks for IT maintenance.
* Other Troubleshooting: Windows PC / M365 login / AWS Workspace Troubleshooting
* other tasks may required
Requirement
- must be able to read/write/speak in English
- Japanese language skills are preferred but not required
- able to commute Manhattan Office 9am-6pm M-F
- at least 1 year of experience
