Job Summary：
We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual (English/Japanese) Senior Transfer Pricing Associate to join our Transfer Pricing practice. The ideal candidate will support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and advisory projects for multinational clients, primarily Japanese corporations operating in the United States. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
Responsibilities：
●Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with U.S. and OECD regulations.
●Conduct economic and financial analyses, including benchmarking studies and comparable company searches.
●Assist in developing transfer pricing strategies and providing advisory support to multinational clients.
●Analyze financial statements and operational data to support transfer pricing positions.
●Draft memoranda, presentations, and client deliverables in both English and Japanese.
●Communicate with clients to gather information, clarify project requirements, and provide updates.
●Support IRS or state tax audit responses related to transfer pricing matters.
●Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to junior staff as needed.
Requirements：
●Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
●Two to three years of transfer pricing experience, or other relevant professional experience, is required.
●Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (verbal and written) is required.
●Excellent verbal and writing (including editing) skills in both English and Japanese are a must.
●Knowledge of financial statements is required.
●computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, are required.
●Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
●Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
●High level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
