Saraly: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 + eligibility for discretionary bonus based on qualitative and/or quantitative performance factors.

Position Summary:
This position will manage trade execution, performance measurement, database management and portfolio attribution analysis for Equity team. A solid understanding of equity and financial markets, strong command of MS Office software and advanced Excel, and proficiency with Bloomberg/related automated research tools is required.

Essential Duties/Function:
Trade Execution & Operations
●Manage the processing and settlement of trades in accordance with trading and operations guidelines.
●Monitor market practices and developments related to trading; assess and recommend improvements as needed.
●Execute trades within established guidelines, ensuring high‑quality execution and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
●Complete all trades in a timely manner in coordination with Operations, broker/dealers, and Back Office teams.
●Maintain strict adherence to internal policies regarding trade accuracy and error prevention.

Performance Measurement & Portfolio Support
●Oversee fund performance measurement and allocation.
●Monitor and track portfolio cash positions.
●Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date performance and ratings data.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
●Work closely with Operations and other front‑, middle‑, and back‑office teams to ensure accuracy of trades, reporting, and compliance.
●Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
●Partner with Operations and IT teams to support and implement automation projects.

Additional Responsibilities
●Provide administrative support to equity research analysts and the operations analyst.
●Perform other duties as assigned.


Experience/Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, a related field or equivalent work experience.
●At least 3-4 years of experience in financial services, including at least 1-2 years within a trading environment.
● Prior experience in equities, market analysis, equity trading, fund management or portfolio administration. A solid understanding of equity and financial markets is required. Prior experience in the oversight of databases is desirable. Long-term interest in operations or trading is welcome.
●Strong command of MS Office software and advanced Excel; proficiency with Bloomberg and related automated research tools required. Familiarity with AIM a plus; VBA skills are desirable, along with experience with SQL, BQant, etc.
●Ability to effectively prioritize work in a real-time environment with strong risk management and compliance awareness.
●Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with business units and other operational groups; a flexible team player able to adapt to change and prioritize multiple tasks happy to step in to support team where/when required.
●Extremely detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized team player with strong communication skills and able to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies. Ability to work independently as needed.
●Individual must possess sound problem solving and assessment capabilities.
●Ability to work 8:30am – 5:00PM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
