Job Title: Japanese Bilingual l IT Consultant / Business Development
Location: Fort Lee, NJ 07024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Arrangement: This position is currently hybrid, with at least 3 days in the office after the training period.
*All candidates must be flexible with any work schedules that may be necessary as dictated by business needs.
Starting Saraly: $55K-$70K Depends on your experience
(Please note that entry-level candidates will not start at $70K.)

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate technical solutions, and supporting the sales process for IT products and services. The position includes preparing proposals, coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility, and supporting the successful delivery and implementation of solutions that meet client needs. In addition, the role is expected to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide effective pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.

Primary responsibilities include:

●Develop sales opportunities with both existing and prospective customers through telemarketing activities and client visits
●Manage and follow-ups on existing and prospective customers to support progression through the sales pipelines
●Respond to inbound telephone calls and email inquiries from existing and prospective customers in a timely and professional manner
●Prepare sales documentation, including proposals, quotations, and sales orders
●Tack and maintain updates on sales opportunities, projects and schedules throughout sales cycle
●Submit required daily activity and sales performance reports
●Participate in internal meetings, client meetings, and company-wide meetings as required
●Support overall sales operations, including the preparation of sales materials and related documentation
●Business travel may be required as needed or Occasional business travel may be required
●Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills or Experiences:
●Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N1 is required.
●2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in IT solutions, technology services, or related B2B environments.
●Strong ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical or business solutions.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
●Experience preparing proposals, quotations, sales documentation, and other customer-facing materials.
●Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through on sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.
●Ability to work collaboratively with internal technical teams and cross-functional departments.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
●Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
●Willingness to travel for business as needed.
●Valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
●Must be able to commute to the office
●Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
●Business-level Japanese language proficiency is required (N1 level)
