A global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider is launching a new U.S.-based sales entity to expand its business in the medical device sector.
With established manufacturing operations in Mexico and California, the company is building a front-end team focused on new business development across North America.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive new customer acquisition in the medical device industry. This is a key role within a newly established organization, offering the opportunity to build your own pipeline and directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical device sector
* Build relationships with OEMs and key decision-makers
* Lead the full sales cycle for EMS solutions (from prospecting to closing)
* Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing sites (Mexico & California)
* Drive revenue growth through proactive, hunter-style sales activities
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
* Experience in one or more of the following:
* Medical device industry
* EMS / contract manufacturing
* Electronic components or related supply chain
* Proven track record of generating new business
* Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Additional Information
* Initial training at manufacturing sites in Mexico and California (approx. 1 week)
