【Overview】
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead our sales activities for quartz glass products targeting semiconductor and equipment manufacturers in the United States. This role involves the development and execution of sales strategies, fostering long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support the development of new products based on customer needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing sales operations, identifying new market opportunities, and working closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer demands.

Responsibilities and Job Description :
●Develop and execute sales strategies targeting major semiconductor and equipment manufacturers in the US.
●Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
●Lead negotiations on product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
●Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide product and technical support and to drive the development of new products based on market and customer needs.
●Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the company’s market presence.
●Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the continuous growth of the sales pipeline.
●Regular travel within the US for client visits, trade shows, and business development activities.
●Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements/ Must-Have要件:
• Strong Japanese (N1 level) and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US and infrequent travel internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
•Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record
•Must be able to commute to the office and work full‑time as required by the company
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
• Sales experience in the semiconductor industry, or experience as an application engineer at a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, or as a process engineer or in a technical role in the semiconductor-related industry.
