Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our company presence in the U.S. market by identifying and developing new customer relationships, particularly in untapped segments. This position requires a highly motivated and strategic individual with deep industry knowledge, capable of driving revenue growth through proactive engagement, solution-based selling, and long-term relationship management. The ideal candidate will operate independently or collaboratively within the sales team to uncover new business opportunities and build lasting client partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

(Education and Experience):
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
•Minimum 10 years of sales experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or a closely related field
•Proven track record of acquiring and maintaining large accounts
•Direct experience in customer acquisition and retention within the packaging machinery industry is strongly preferred.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the U.S. market
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large accounts
•Leverage existing networks and industry contacts to accelerate market penetration
•Utilize prior relationships with major clients to promote company offerings
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
•Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, service, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
•Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and positioning
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
•Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
