satisfaction, and a safe work environment. Under the guidance of the Assistant Sales Manager, the Sales Support
Admin supports the sales team by providing them the assistance that allows them to focus their efforts on selling.
Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage the sales and growth of an assigned region and customer account. Identify new business
opportunities and grow existing customers through strategic sales strategies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and deliver new sales product presentations, tastings, and demos with new and existing
customers.
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales opportunities.
Participate in developing long and short-range sales and marketing plans and negotiating sales contracts
and business growth opportunities.
Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims to the sales assistant
manager to support our culture of growth and efficiency with a total and absolute focus on customer
satisfaction.
Improve business earnings and cash flow through price implementation, inventory management, and timely
accounts receivable.
Keep management informed of local competition by analyzing market trends to identify growth
opportunities.
Ability to travel 50% or more as an Outside Sales Rep II

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Three or more years of high-volume sales experience in the food industry
Experience in business development and account management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
