Detail: Japanese company seeks a Project Coordinator(Business & Operation Planning).

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator to support our CEO and Operations Managers. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of internal projects by acting as a gatekeeper and monitoring the progress of various initiatives. The ideal candidate will work autonomously to manage schedules, coordinate with different departments, and keep projects on track, allowing the CEO and Operations Manager to focus on high-level strategic tasks.

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF JOB
Provide administrative and operational support across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Operations.
Support operational efficiency initiatives and administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process sales orders and quotations in GP.
• Maintain and update CRM records and project tracking lists (F.U.E.L. List) in ClickUp.
• Support the development and execution of the Strategic Business Plan, including the annual budgeting process.
• Coordinate management team meetings and calendar scheduling.
• Provide Japanese English interpretation support as needed.
• Manage and monitor IT-related projects and vendor relationships in collaboration with the CEO.
• Coordinate translation requests between the CEC Engineering team and CCA staff.
• Create and provide Monthly Sales Data for Sales Staff.
• Notify clients about our new products, prices, discontinued products and other sales-related information.
• Organize “Back-Order” list in detail from “Daily Sales Report” by bi-weekly.
• Responsible for creation and approval of documents including but not limited to; presentation materials, Sample
Request, Customer Master Change Request, and Discount Approval Request.
• Other duties as assigned and requested by the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with business partners and vendors
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS and ABILITIES
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze information
• Demonstrated experience in social media/video marketing to increase brand value and recognition
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have valid driver license in the US
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
and talk. Must be able to use the telephone to communicate as well as use computer systems to communicate. The
team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision,
depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Position is located in an office but the majority of the work
is outside of the office calling on customers. Must be willing to work outside the normal business hours.
