We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our IT infrastructure team in Torrance, California. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience across Windows Server, enterprise networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting IT infrastructure for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure
・Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network environments.
・Create and maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and operational documentation.
Server & Virtualization
・Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
・Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services.
・Implement and maintain virtualization platforms
Azure / Microsoft 365
・Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services.
・Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID including Intune and o365 environments
Technical Support, Projects & Operations
・Provide hands-on technical support for enterprise customers in both Japanese and English.
・Provide remote and on-site technical support.
・Monitor systems and infrastructure to maintain high availability, reliability, performance, and security.
・Participate in infrastructure migration, upgrade, deployment, and implementation projects.
・Create and maintain system documentation, implementation procedures, configuration records, and operational documentation.
・Coordinate with customers, vendors, cloud providers, and other IT personnel for troubleshooting and project implementation.
・Participate in an on-call rotation and perform after-hours or weekend work when required for maintenance, outages, or critical incidents.
Skills
・Microsoft Azure hands-on experience.
・Microsoft Intune / endpoint management experience.
・Experience with hybrid on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.
・Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
・PowerShell scripting experience.
・Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networks with Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate or equivalent technologies.
・Experience with SD-WAN, wireless, site-to-site VPN, and remote-access VPN technologies.
