Company’s DX team provides our customers with DX consulting and engineering services. As a DX Consultant, you will collaborate with customers, consultants and software engineers to design, develop and maintain software applications.
Position Summary
We are seeking an ERP Consultant with experience in Oracle NetSuite and/or
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support ERP implementation,
migration, and business transformation projects.
The ERP Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business
processes and requirements, design ERP-based solutions, configure and implement
the system, and support testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities.
This role requires a combination of business process knowledge, ERP functional
expertise, project execution skills, and strong client-facing communication abilities.
The consultant will serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams
throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Definition
● Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to understand
current business processes, challenges, and requirements.
● Analyze As-Is processes and design appropriate To-Be processes leveraging
ERP standard functionality and industry best practices.
● Perform Fit & Gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle
NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities.
● Document business requirements, functional requirements, process flows,
and system requirements.
● Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve business
processes through ERP implementation.
Solution Design & ERP Configuration
● Design ERP solutions based on client requirements and business processes.
● Configure Oracle NetSuite and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
to support business requirements.
● Define master data structures, transaction processes, approval workflows,
financial dimensions, reporting requirements, and security roles.
● Evaluate whether requirements should be addressed through standard
functionality, configuration, customization, or external integrations.
● Work with technical consultants and developers to define functional
specifications for customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports.

● Work with technical teams to execute data migration activities.
● Validate migrated financial balances, master data, and transaction data.
Testing & Quality Assurance
● Develop functional test scenarios and test cases.
● Conduct and support system testing, integration testing, and end-to-end
testing.
● Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
● Analyze defects and determine whether issues are related to configuration,
customization, integration, data, or business processes.
● Track issues through resolution and confirm that implemented solutions meet
business requirements.
Implementation & Go-Live Support
● Develop cutover plans and support production deployment.
● Support master data and opening balance migration.
● Provide user training and develop training materials and operating
procedures.
● Support clients during go-live and stabilization periods.
● Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams
and software vendors.
Project Management & Client Communication
● Work closely with client project managers, business stakeholders, technical
consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
● Track assigned tasks, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
● Communicate project status and functional issues clearly to client
stakeholders.
● Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and IT teams.
● Support project managers in scope management, change management, and
project planning.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems,
Computer Science, or a related field.
● Experience with ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise business
systems.
● Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central.
● Understanding of end-to-end ERP implementation methodologies, including:
○ Requirements gathering
○ Fit & Gap analysis
○ Solution design
○ Configuration
○ Data migration
○ Testing
○ UAT
○ Training
○ Cutover
○ Go-live support
● Strong understanding of core business processes such as Finance,
Accounting, Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.
● Ability to translate business requirements into ERP functional solutions.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical
teams.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● 3+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience.
● Experience participating in multiple end-to-end ERP implementations.
● Strong knowledge of either:
○ Oracle NetSuite, or
○ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
● Experience with both platforms is highly preferred.
● Experience migrating from legacy ERP systems such as NetSuite,
QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or other accounting/ERP systems.
● Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
● Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany
environments.
● Experience with ERP integrations using APIs, middleware, or integration
platforms.
● Experience with reporting and analytics solutions such as Power BI,
SuiteAnalytics, or similar tools.
● Experience working with international or multinational organizations.
● Relevant certifications such as:
○ Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional
Consultant Associate
○ Oracle NetSuite certifications
● Consulting experience in client-facing environments.
