Detail: A Japanese food trading company is seeking Japanese bilingual outside sales
Essential Job Function
• Meet the monthly and annual sales
• Visit existing and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell Company’s products
• Cooperate with accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport; resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate to the management as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed
Requirement
• Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours.
• Able to travel within or outside of NYC (Mainly tri-state area).
• Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.
• Business level English and Japanese is required.
• Has a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently in a team.
