After validating the market through direct engagement with manufacturers across the country, we are entering the next phase of growth.
This is more than a typical sales role—you’ll help build the market, grow the business, and become a key member of our U.S. expansion.

Compensation
$70K–$120K+ depending on experience and performance.
Breakdown:
- Approximately 75% of OTE: base compensation and expected overtime earnings
- Approximately 25% of OTE: variable commission, capped at 200% of target achievement (paid semi-annually in May and November)

Travel Requirements
- Approximately 3 days per week visiting customers and prospects
- Typically, approximately 2 days per week working from the Schaumburg office
- Travel throughout the United States based on customer and business needs
Who We’re Looking For
- Excited to help build and grow a business from an early stage
- B2B sales experience preferred (SaaS, manufacturing, industrial, or field sales)
- Hunter mentality with strong outbound skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-activity environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
