Detail: Japanese logistics company seeks a Japanese Bilingual Admin Assistant/ Customer Services (TEMP).

【Your Duties】
❖ Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
❖ Work overtime as required/ assigned.
❖ Work cooperatively with others.
❖ Interact professionally with employees and customers in an appropriate manner.
❖ Work multiple tasks simultaneously with deadlines in mind.
❖ Review and analyze data and information from various systems.
❖ Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner.
❖ Grow to be able to work under limited supervision following standardized practices and/or methods and operating within ade fined protocol. Utilization and cooperation with resources from other work units may be required to perform the job's functions.
❖ Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
-Account Payable-
• Audit daily invoices to ensure accuracy and communicate errors with supervisor and associates.
• Update/Maintain AP logs
• Verify and investigate discrepancies
• Create cost confirmation from our Operating system.
• Submit certain invoices to ChromeRiver system, after applying ledger codes.
• Review statement of account by each vendor and keep our accounts to current.
-Account Receivable-
• Performing collection activities
• Invoicing customers
• Submission of invoices to customer or their 3rd party audit company
-Administrative duties-
• Office supplies management
• Conference room maintenance
• Assist branch needs as occurred
-Customer Service / Assistant-
• Assist Customer Service / カスタマーサービス
• Assist shipping coordination with overseas branch/ 海外事務所との出荷調整
• Assist Follow up & Inquiries / フォローアップ等
※ We provide the training for CSR assistant
【Qualifications】
• Preferred 1 year of AP experience. Freight Forwarding/Transportation industry experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with vendor dispute resolution.
• Ability to analyze, research and resolve discrepancies.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and
meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Ability to gather and interpret data, compile information and prepare reports.
• Intermediate or higher PC Skills including Excel,
