The company develops and supplies high-quality laminated packaging films as well as form-fill-seal and related packaging equipment for a wide range of industries, including food, consumer goods, and industrial products.
The Service Engineer primary responsibilities are repair, install, and troubleshoot on high precision machines tools and accessories. Additionally, this position involves supporting the sales department by providing technical information of the products and recommendation to customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities
Help customers troubleshoot problems with the machine or with the product coming out of it
Travel to customers to install machines or do preventative maintenance
Respond to customer complains
Evaluate and resolve problems for the customer
Analyze, inspect, and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
Assist sales team by running demos and providing technical information to all
Make report ASAP when you see or visit customers. Then post at Kintone to share with all.
Perform all duties as assigned and needed
