Salary
Annual Salary: $60,000.00 (based on regular hours)
Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
(7 working hours plus 1 hour paid meal break per day)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times hourly wage for all hours over 40 in a workweek
Bonus: Paid periodically based on company performance; not guaranteed
Hybrid Office: Currently 4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote from home*
Flex Time: Office start time may begin between 8:00am and 9:30am*

Communicate customer requirements and product information with Japan offices
Manage supply chain, including negotiating with vendors on price, delivery, and quality
Handle inquiries, quotations, orders, claims, logistics, and invoices
Study industry trends and product technology
Take responsibility for own accounts with team support
Support new business development initiatives

Native level Japanese speaker with business-level English, or
Native level English speaker with fluency in Japanese
University graduate with bachelor’s degree.
Confidence with verbal communication skills to be used for in-person meetings, video or
voice calls with customers, vendors, internal colleagues, etc.
Strong writing skills.
Potential for developing negotiation skills (ability to persuade, find compromise, understand
various points of view in a bicultural setting, etc.).
Well-rounded education with inclination toward business, world affairs, science.
Interest in learning about aircraft manufacturing technology and other industrial fields.
Comfortable with travel, including flying, driving.
Eager to work hard, ask questions, and take responsibility for actions.
