Work Schedule Example: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM/ Mon- Fri/ Onsite
Hourly Range: $20.50-$22.00 H DOE (Depend on your experience)

Responsibilities:
ーPerform quality inspections for aircraft parts delivered from warehouses, repair shops, and teardown facilities to meet customer requirements.
ーMaintain and manage inspection procedures in accordance with internal Quality Control manuals.
ーSupport repair order management, including monitoring repair processes and creating repair orders in the system.
ーAssist with procurement-related tasks for repaired parts.
ーCommunicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments, supervisors, and external partner companies to ensure smooth operations.
ーCollaborate with other teams to improve overall workflow and operational efficiency.
ーProvide accurate and timely reports and consultations to supervisors.
ーManage assigned tasks and complete them within designated timelines.
ーPerform basic calculations such as discounts, fees, and commissions as required.
ーOther duties may be assigned as needed, including occasional after-hours tasks.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
ーWhile performing the duties of this position, staff members are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and listen. They must be able to use their hands to pick up, handle, carry, and reach for items.
ーStaff may occasionally be required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
-Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.


Minimum Requirements:
●Experience
0–2 years of related experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
●Language Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
Ability to respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and external parties.
Ability to write reports and procedural documents in English.
●Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
●Reasoning Skills
Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
Ability to solve problems involving limited variables in standardized situations.
●Other Skills
Must be tactful, mature, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Must be able to use a computer and basic applications such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in aircraft parts inspection or quality control.
Experience working with repair orders or maintenance documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
