As a self-starter and innovative problem-solver, the Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth by improving sales processes and expanding the customer base.
Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Follow company directions and understand the rules and manners of a sales representative trainee.
Able to use and understand EDI.
Learn about the food industry and the distribution process.
Learn Azuma Foods products and existing client's business.
Mainly taking care of existing clients (distributor, wholesaler, and retail customers) to maintain the business
goals.
Respond to and communicate with all customers promptly.
Handle prospective client inquiries over the phone, email, and face-to-face with the supervisor.
Create proposals, quotes, and review contracts with the supervisor.
Analyze sales results and PDCA.
Contact clients and seek new opportunities to reach monthly sales targets.
Participate in NPD (tasting and feedback)
This position requires domestic travel for sales and shows.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Class C Driving license
Maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
