Position Summary
First assignment project
Position Overview
Support project management and governance activities for a large‑scale system implementation and transformation program at a financial institution.
Work as part of the PMO team to coordinate project planning, schedule management, issue and risk tracking, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones are effectively managed and communicated.
Contribute to project execution across multiple workstreams by facilitating meetings, tracking action items, managing project documentation, and supporting project governance activities.

Large‑scale system implementation and transformation program for a leading financial institution involving multiple business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and workstreams.
Target Documentation Scope
Project governance documents: project plans, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), steering committee materials, project dashboards.
Project management deliverables: planning, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, vendor management, testing coordination, project reporting.
Meeting materials, action item trackers, decision logs, project operating procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking across multiple workstreams.
Prepare and maintain project management artifacts: project plans, status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting materials.
Facilitate project meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow‑up activities.
Coordinate communications among business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project leadership.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones; support escalation processes as needed.
Support project governance activities including steering committee preparation, executive reporting, and document management.
Maintain project documentation and ensure project information is accurately tracked and communicated.
Assist with project coordination across project phases including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience as a consultant, IT vendor, or employee of a financial institution.
3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, system integration, or IT consulting.
Practical experience in project planning, schedule management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced project environment.
Ability to document discussions, decisions, action items, and project status clearly and structurally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting PMO activities in large‑scale system implementation, transformation, or migration projects.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project workstreams.
Experience preparing executive reports, steering committee materials, and project dashboards.
Familiarity with project management tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
Experience in waterfall and/or hybrid project delivery environments.
Experience preparing and maintaining project management artifacts (project plans, status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting materials).
Strong communication and facilitation skills across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
