Detail: Japanese trading company seeks a position for an Inside Sales Coordinator.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer service support by accepting orders, entering orders and verifying confirmation by the venders for delivery.
Handle purchasing coordination based on sales forecasts and customer purchase orders.
Prepare weekly sales forecast and inventory report and perform forecast analysis.
Monitor shipping schedule and expedite the shipment of delayed or urgent products.
Perform administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, preparing reports and documents and file maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
AA or AS or higher in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain or related field.
1~3 years’ work experience, preferably Sales, Freight forwarding or related industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Candidate must be authorized for employment in the U.S.
Familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus.
