Position Summary
Position Overview
Work as a member of the team supporting the Market System with the development team located in Japan.
Define business requirements from US‑based users and communicate them to the development team in Japan.
Coordinate between US business users and Japan development teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Market System is developed and provided by the Japan development team.
This role is responsible for clarifying US business user needs and communicating them to Japan.
After development is completed, conduct initial UAT and coordinate UAT with business users.
Minimum Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in Financial Market system implementation
Proven ability to manage system development
Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working closely with Japan and US business users
Experience facilitating business requirement definition and testing
Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industry projects preferred
Desired Qualifications
Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Business‑level proficiency in Japanese for professional communication, documentation, and meetings
