About the Company
A Tokyo-based lifestyle brand is opening its first U.S. store in the Melrose area of Los Angeles in November 2026.
The store will feature apparel, original merchandise, snacks, drinks, and other items that embody the brand’s unique style.
The goal is to create not just a retail space, but a place where customers can experience the brand’s culture and world.
We are seeking opening team members who will help build the store’s atmosphere and identity from the ground up.
Tentative Hours:
Tue–Fri: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Sat, Sun & Holidays: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Mon: Closed
Key Responsibilities：
●Customer service and sales support
●POS operation and payment processing
●Merchandise display and inventory management
●Store opening/closing procedures and cleanliness maintenance
●Coordination with part-time staff
●Reporting store operations and sales to the Japan-based team
●Communicating with the Japan team when issues arise
●Other duties related to daily store operations
Ideal Candidate：
●Comfortable with customer interaction and retail work
●Responsible and proactive in store operations
●Able to communicate and collaborate effectively
●Interested in apparel, fashion, and culture
●Basic computer and smartphone skills
Preferred Qualifications：
●Experience in apparel, lifestyle goods, or retail
●Experience in store operations or staff management
●Japanese communication ability is a plus (not required)
●Work authorization in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available)
●Able to commute to the office on a daily basis
●Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
