Salary Range: $18/ Hour （試用期間3ヶ月後、パフォーマンスに応じて見直し検討/ After a 3‑month probationary period, the terms may be reviewed based on performance.)

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM/ Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM/ 1-hour unpaid Lunch (Approximately 39 hours per week, 5 days a week)

業務内容/ Job Responsibilities:
●注文リストに基づく商品のピッキング
●梱包および出荷準備
●倉庫内の整理整頓
●必要に応じてその他付随業務
●Pick items based on order lists
●Pack and prepare shipments
●Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse

●日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（必須）
●基本的な英語でのやり取りが可能な方（日常会話レベル）
●アカウントごとに異なる業務フローに柔軟に対応できる方
●最大25ポンド（約11kg）の荷物を持ち上げられる方
●チームワークを大切にできる方
●倉庫業務経験者歓迎（未経験者も応募可）
●オフィス／倉庫へ通勤可能な方
●アメリカでの就労許可をお持ちの方
●Ability to communicate in Japanese (required)
●Basic communication skills in English (daily conversation level)
●Ability to adapt to different workflows depending on the account
●Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg)
●Strong teamwork skills
●Warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
●Must be able to commute to the office/warehouse
●Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
