Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee and support HR operations across multiple U.S. locations. This role will play a key part in establishing and managing HR processes in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, HR administration, and compliance
* Support multi-state workforce management (East Coast, West Coast, and Southern regions)
* Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support organizational growth
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Support onboarding, employee support, and HR documentation
Qualifications
* 10+ years of HR experience
* Experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states preferred
* Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
* Ability to work independently in a growing, startup-like environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation
* Salary: Around $90,000 (depending on experience)
Work Environment
* Onsite position based in Schaumburg, IL
* Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Minimal overtime and travel
