Detail: A full-service bakery and café seeks a Pastry staff@SOHO NYC.

Position Summary:
Seeking for a skilled and creative pastry chef looking to fulfill and vital role in our pastry kitchen, and have great passion for creating delicious cakes. Will be helping the main pastry chef with all kinds of position in the pastry kitchen. The ability to work quickly and meticulously under pressure is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Preparing, creating, and decorating the cakes following recipes and yield guides.
2. Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies.
3. Supervising new staffs how to prepare and handle each menu.
4. Monitor inventory and report items that needs to be reordered. Lift heavy items and supplies when needed.
5. Ordering foods, equipment, and other goods if needed.
Education/Experience:
No specific experience needed. The managers will be teaching you from the beginning.
Skills
・Food Protection knowledge is a PLUS!
・Japanese skills required.

勤務条件：
金曜日・土曜日に必ず出勤できる方
祝日、クリスマス、年末年始等のホリデーシーズンに出勤可能な方
Hours: 朝 7:00 または 8:00 開始のシフト（1日 7〜8時間）
応募資格：
飲食店または調理の実務経験がある方（未経験でも料理が得意・意欲のある方は応相談）
日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（日常会話レベル）
