具体的な内容は依然として不明ですが、Foundry事業部門のトップRandhir Thakur氏の辞任に始まり、数千人の雇用に影響を及ぼす可能性があります。

先週、米国の失業給付申請件数は増加したものの、比較的低い水準に留まり、労働市場が堅調に推移していることを示す最新の兆候となったと労働省は発表しました。

労働省が水曜日に発表した、一時解雇の代理である最初の失業保険請求は、先週1万7000件増加し、季節調整済みの24万件になった。これは、Covid-19のパンデミック発生前の同様に好調な労働市場であった時期の、2019年前期の週平均21万8400件に近い数字です。

・67% of US employees want more transparency from their companies about pay practices
・54% report that pay bands are known only by finance and HR

2023年も主にハイブリッド型勤務が継続する見通し
・Half of respondents expect to maintain a remote workforce of 50% or more over the next 12 months;
